Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Normal delivery on most items is 1.5 - 2 weeks. All Murrey pool tables (except the Outdoor models) and Champion shuffleboard tables take 3 - 4 weeks because we have these custom made to your specifications.
Q: Can you get my shipment here faster?
A: Most items are delivered via common carrier truck. It is very expensive for rush shipments on our larger products, but it is possible. Call us for a quote if you are interested in expidited delivery.
Q: What does curbside shipping mean?
A: Curbside shipping means exactly what it says. The driver will deliver the package to your curbside and you are required to unload the delivery. You will be responsible for bringing the package inside to your home or business. Please ensure you have proper assistance available when your delivery is scheduled to arrive. We have curbside shipping as standard delivery because it keeps the price lower for those who do not require assistance.
Q: How does delivery work?
A: When the delivery arrives at your local hub, the trucking company will call you to schedule a time to deliver the table. Usual times are 8AM - 5PM Monday through Friday.
Q: Is installation service included with delivery?
A: Installation service is an optional component on select tables. If there is an option shown on the product page, it is available for inside delivery and installation.
Q: Is there any sales tax?
A: We are only required to charge sales tax in the state of Texas. All other locations are tax free.
Q: Is your online server secure and safe?
A: Yes. When ordering, the website will direct you to a secure server to enter your credit card information.
Q: Do you carry parts for my table?
A: No. You should call the respective manufacturer for the proper replacement parts.
Q: Do you have any used tables for sale?
A: No. We only carry new tables.
