Please read the below descriptions so you can accurately choose the shipping method that will work best for you:

Standard Curbside Delivery

With curbside shipping, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. The freight company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a four-hour time frame for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.

Lift Gate Service

Lift gate services adds a lift gate to assist in unloading the product from the truck. Driver is not required to carry the product into your garage or home, nor assemble the product. You should have appropriate resources on location for assisting with getting the product into your home or business.

Inside Delivery and Setup

This option is our white glove service. The delivery company will deliver the Berner Retro 22 Shuffleboard Table to your home or business, unload, carry into the building (up or down two flights of stairs max), set up the product, and remove all debris after assembly. Should the item you are considering purchasing not have this option, you may contact us at 800-543-9020 for a custom quote on any special requirements.
Warranty Information for Berner Retro 22 Shuffleboard Table

Berner Billiards products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.

Cabinet is warranted two years and playfield warranted for one year by manufacturer for indoor use only in climate controlled environment. Warranty does not cover misuse or abuse to any component.

Electronic scoring warranted for 90 days.

Shuffle weights carry a lifetime warranty.
