Shipping Information
Self-Service Curbside Delivery
With curbside shipping, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. The freight company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a four-hour time frame for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.
Lift Gate Service
This services adds a lift gate to the back of the delivering truck to assist in unloading the product from the truck and down to the ground level. Driver is not required to carry the product into your garage or home, nor assemble the product. You should have appropriate resources on location for getting the product into your home or business.
Garage Delivery
Freight company will deliver to your garage. If this option isavailable for this product, only select this service if it is a driveway of reasonable length and slope, otherwise additional charges will apply. Delivery zone must be able to accomodate the use a pallet jack from the truck to your garage with no obstacles and smooth surfaces the entire distance.
Installation Services
We have an extensive network of installers throughout the country that can assist you with setup and installation of your product. This is our white glove delivery service. Installation price includes first floor delivery, with easy access to the desired room. Please contact us at 972-954-5790 for a custom installation quote on any special requirements that include additonal challenges such as basements or stairs. Additional charges may apply based on the unique circumstances.
Shipping Terms:
Self-Service Curbside Delivery
With free curbside shipping, the trucking company is only responsible to show up at the curb closest to your door or driveway. They are not responsible for offloading your order and bringing it into your location. Some drivers will assist you in getting the shipment off the truck, but they are NOT obligated to. You must make arrangements to have the appropriate number of people available to help you with offloading your delivery on the scheduled delivery day. Failure to successfully unload on your scheduled delivery day will result in re-delivery charges. The freight company will call to schedule a delivery appointment and delivery window so you can have the appropriate resources available. If you need assistance in offloading, additional services are available such as lift gate, garage delivery, or installation services. There are additional costs associated with the higher level delivery services that are not included in the base price of the item.

This option is often chosen for those who will not have the man-power available at the time of delivery during the weekday, but can get resources at a later time and store the product in their garage until ready to move into the home.
Installation Services
Available for select products. When purchasing installation, the item ordered is typically shipped to the freight terminal that services your address, where it is held for pick up by the service team who will perform the final delivery and installation. The price includes final delivery and installation to any room on the first floor of your home. Installs that require moving items up or down steps or stairs, carrying around to walk-out basements, or locations in remote areas of the country will require a custom quote. In some cases, the service team will have the ability to remove the packing material. Otherwise it will be made smaller in size so that it can be discarded by you with your trash pickup. Pallets are not removed or cut up.
