Shipping Methods

  • Items will typically arrive within 7-14 business days after leaving the warehouse.
  • Larger and heavier items can only be sent via ground freight, and therefore shipping cannot be expedited.
  • Oversized items sent via a freight trucking company typically arrive to your curbside within 7 to 14 business days.
  • The freight trucking company is not responsible for carrying the item into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase.
  • For heavier packages, we strongly recommend you have someone available to assist you.
  • The delivery company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window.
  • Typically, there will be a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.
  • The total charge does not include inside delivery, liftgate service, removal of cartons, or assembly.

Delivery Acceptance Instructions - IMPORTANT

All large game tables are shipped with 100% insurance coverage only if the below delivery acceptance guidelines are followed:

  • When your order is delivered, inspect the outer carton and entire contents for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment.
  • If it is clear that significant damage has occurred, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately for a replacement
  • If any minor damage has occurred that you believe can be replaced with parts, note damage on delivery receipt and accept table
  • If you are unable to fully inspect entire contents on delivery, you must write "SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION" on the delivery receipt. This insures we are able to file a proper concealed damage claim with the carrier.
  • If the driver does not allow you to sign the delivery receipt in the above mentioned procedures, refuse delivery and call us.
  • Deliveries that are signed free and clear of damages will be the recipient's responsibility. No exceptions.

Shipping Policies

  • Prices include ground shipping within the continental United States on select products.
  • For shipping to Hawaii and Alaska contact us for additional charges.
  • We do not ship to international addresses or post office boxes.
  • Please contact us with any further shipping questions.
  • Free curbside shipping on freight is not applicable for what freight companies deem as indirect or remote locations. If your zip code is one of these locations you will be contacted before shipping for approval on surcharge to ship. This charge typically ranges from $50-$200.

Important Information about Payment

For your security, your billing name, address, and zip code must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, American Super Sports will gladly provide a full store credit or refund on most items from our store. The following items may not be canceled after 24 hrs from order time due to custom build nature of the products: all NCAA, NFL, MLB, and NBA lighting products, all NCAA furniture items, any custom modifications to standard products, and all Venture shuffleboards.

If you wish to cancel your order after shipment, the customer must return all product at their own expense to receive a full store credit or refund. Actual shipping charges to and/or from the destination will be deducted from the refund or credit if order is cancelled en route to customer.

Return Policy

  • Returns will only be accepted 60 days from date of shipment.
  • Return shipping costs and scheduling are the responsibility of the customer
  • Returns must be sent back in original packaging
  • Refunds will be returned when item is received back, less cost of actual original shipping, and a 10% restocking fee.
