We recently purchased a dart board from American Super Sports web site. I received a call very quickly after placing the order to let me know the item we purchased was hand built in the USA and might be received after Christmas. They wanted to make certain I was OK with getting it later than Christmas and asked if I wanted to proceed with the order or have it cancelled. I was very impressed with the personal attention I received from this company. I had another purchase from a well known retailer and the items were back ordered past Christmas. No offer to cancel the order was made be this retailer. We did end up getting the item we ordered before Christmas and were very happy it arrived well packaged and without any damage as it was a heavy box. The quality of the Dart Board was exceptional and we were also glad to support products still made in the USA.
