The Bison Mega-Duty 54 Inch Aluminum Playground System is the rust-free choice in Bison's Mega-Duty line, built around a 54 inch by 35.5 inch aluminum fan-shaped backboard finished in white powder coat with orange trim, for busy park and rec department courts where a steel board's corrosion risk simply isn't worth the tradeoff.
A 5-9/16 inch hot-dipped galvanized O.D. pole gives the system 72 inches of safe play area, keeping the pole clear of the actual court of play through years of heavy use.
The BA39U ultimate playground goal carries a double 5/8 inch steel rim that accepts either nylon or chain nets, and a 48 inch direct bury ground depth with 2 inch arm braces keeps the backboard steady under daily rebounds and pull-up play.
Pole padding and backboard padding are both recommended safety additions for this system.

Shipping Information for Bison Mega-Duty 54 Inch Aluminum Playground System
Self-Service Curbside Delivery
With curbside shipping, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. The freight company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a four-hour time frame for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.
Lift Gate Service
This services adds a lift gate to the back of the delivering truck to assist in unloading the product from the truck and down to the ground level. Driver is not required to carry the product into your garage or home, nor assemble the product. You should have appropriate resources on location for getting the product into your home or business.
Garage Delivery
Freight company will deliver to your garage. If this option isavailable for this product, only select this service if it is a driveway of reasonable length and slope, otherwise additional charges will apply. Delivery zone must be able to accomodate the use a pallet jack from the truck to your garage with no obstacles and smooth surfaces the entire distance.
Installation Services
We have an extensive network of installers throughout the country that can assist you with setup and installation of your product. This is our white glove delivery service. Installation price includes first floor delivery, with easy access to the desired room. Please contact us at 972-954-5790 for a custom installation quote on any special requirements that include additonal challenges such as basements or stairs. Additional charges may apply based on the unique circumstances.
Warranty
The Bison Mega-Duty 54 Inch Aluminum Playground System carries a lifetime limited warranty on the BA780 pole, a limited lifetime warranty on the aluminum backboard, and Bison's unconditional lifetime replacement warranty on the BA39U rim.
