Self-Service Curbside Delivery
With curbside shipping, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. The freight company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a four-hour time frame for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.
Lift Gate Service
This services adds a lift gate to the back of the delivering truck to assist in unloading the product from the truck and down to the ground level. Driver is not required to carry the product into your garage or home, nor assemble the product. You should have appropriate resources on location for getting the product into your home or business.

Love this table so far. Took about a week and a half for delivery but that all went smooth. I emailed back and forth with American Super Sports sales and they were very responsive and helpful. Freight company Driver dropped it right off in my garage and took the pallet with him. I assembled the table in my garage (about 2.5 hours or so, Minimal tools required) primarily watching the video on YouTube which was extremely detailed and helpful. Table was very easy to put together in my opinion. I did 95% by myself but I did need assistance to drop the two table sides into the fold-up channels for initial assembly. (Too Heavy to do with one person and you don't want to break or mis-align this) We're all novice Table Tennis players so I can't comment on table bounce or anything but this table is well made and feels sturdy. It's kept outside on an uncovered patio but we purchased the cover also. I would recommend American Super Sports for sure as well as Cornilleau. I did all the ordering online after talking to Sales in the store one weekend. They gave me a nice little incentive discount when I ordered online and I purchased outdoor paddles and balls also. Nice work fellas.
