The frame is solid hardwood, joined with tongue-and-groove construction, and the Arizona Wildcats graphics are printed on shatter-resistant Duratrans acrylic panels for even backlighting.
The fixture puts out up to 400 watts of light on compact fluorescent bulbs, or 260 watts on incandescent, and includes ceiling canopies and chain so it's ready to hang.
Finished at 42" x 17" x 12", the fixture is officially licensed and made in the USA, with four feet of cord provided for hard-wire installation (please note: hard-wire only, no 110V plug).
