The Bison 4-1/2 inch Heavy Duty Finished Aluminum Fan Playground Basketball System with 60 inch Safe Play Area is the extended-reach version of Bison's Heavy Duty Finished Aluminum Fan Playground System, stretching the safe play area to 60 inches from the base model's 48 inches.
A 4-1/2 inch O.D. hot-dip galvanized steel pole with heavy 1-5/8 inch support braces buries 48 inches into the ground for serious stability under a busy schedule of school PE classes, park pickup games, and youth league practice.
The 54 inch by 35-1/2 inch fan-shaped backboard is rust-free cast aluminum with heavy support ribs, a white powder-coated finish, and an orange shooter's square, mounted on a 3/16 inch thick steel box-style backplate. The Ultimate playground goal on top uses a double 5/8 inch steel rim with a No-Fail netlock and accepts nylon or optional chain nets.
American Super Sports helps schools, parks departments, and churches choose between the standard and extended safe-play-area configurations, along with net and padding options, before a system like this ships.
The complete system is backed by multiple Bison warranties covering the pole, backboard, and goal.

Self-Service Curbside Delivery
With curbside shipping, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. The freight company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a four-hour time frame for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.
Lift Gate Service
This services adds a lift gate to the back of the delivering truck to assist in unloading the product from the truck and down to the ground level. Driver is not required to carry the product into your garage or home, nor assemble the product. You should have appropriate resources on location for getting the product into your home or business.
Garage Delivery
Freight company will deliver to your garage. If this option isavailable for this product, only select this service if it is a driveway of reasonable length and slope, otherwise additional charges will apply. Delivery zone must be able to accomodate the use a pallet jack from the truck to your garage with no obstacles and smooth surfaces the entire distance.
Installation Services
We have an extensive network of installers throughout the country that can assist you with setup and installation of your product. This is our white glove delivery service. Installation price includes first floor delivery, with easy access to the desired room. Please contact us at 972-954-5790 for a custom installation quote on any special requirements that include additonal challenges such as basements or stairs. Additional charges may apply based on the unique circumstances.
Warranty
The Bison 4-1/2 inch Heavy Duty Finished Aluminum Fan Playground Basketball System with 60 inch Safe Play Area carries a 25-year limited warranty on the pole, a lifetime limited warranty on the backboard, and an unconditional lifetime replacement warranty on the goal.
