Description
The Bison Mega-Duty 72 Inch Steel Extended Playground Basketball Goal pairs Bison's largest solid-steel backboard, the 72" x 42" BA472, with its longest playground reach for city recreation departments whose site plan needs more setback than the standard 72" footprint gives.
The system runs on a 5-9/16" hot-dipped galvanized steel pole with a 96" safe play area, buried 48 inches into the ground with 2 inch arm braces for stability.
The BA39U ultimate playground goal's double 5/8" steel rim accepts nylon or chain nets, and pole padding and backboard padding are both available for added protection.
American Super Sports regularly helps city recreation departments decide between the standard and extended safe-play-area versions of this system, along with padding choices, before placing an order.
This system carries a lifetime limited warranty on the pole, a limited lifetime warranty on the backboard, and an unconditional lifetime replacement warranty on the rim.
It is made in the USA at Bison's plant in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Self-Service Curbside Delivery
With curbside shipping, the freight company is not responsible for carrying the product into the building, unloading the package from the truck, or assembling your purchase. For heavier items, we strongly recommend you have the appropriate assistance available at the time of delivery. The freight company will notify you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window. Typically, there will be a four-hour time frame for the delivery and someone must be home for the item to be delivered.
Lift Gate Service
This services adds a lift gate to the back of the delivering truck to assist in unloading the product from the truck and down to the ground level. Driver is not required to carry the product into your garage or home, nor assemble the product. You should have appropriate resources on location for getting the product into your home or business.
Garage Delivery
Freight company will deliver to your garage. If this option isavailable for this product, only select this service if it is a driveway of reasonable length and slope, otherwise additional charges will apply. Delivery zone must be able to accomodate the use a pallet jack from the truck to your garage with no obstacles and smooth surfaces the entire distance.
Installation Services
We have an extensive network of installers throughout the country that can assist you with setup and installation of your product. This is our white glove delivery service. Installation price includes first floor delivery, with easy access to the desired room. Please contact us at 972-954-5790 for a custom installation quote on any special requirements that include additonal challenges such as basements or stairs. Additional charges may apply based on the unique circumstances.
