The base unit has a large plug on the back for easy ballast (sand) loading during assembly.
The unit has a sturdy and durable 4 inch square, one-piece post that will not separate or wobble like common sectional posts found in big box stores. The crank handle on the back of the post makes rim height adjustment easy for any age. By turning the hand crank, the rim height can easily be adjusted infinitely between 10 and 7 feet. An easy to read height regulator is located on the back. Transport is also simple. The large cam lever handle design makes moving the unit over any hard, smooth surface a breeze. Pull handle forward to roll, lift handle for play.

Limited Warranty Information for First Team OmniJam Eclipse Portable Basketball Hoop
All First Team products are warranted against manufacturer's defects at delivery.
The First Team Lifetime Limited Warranty covers any damage caused by normal basketball activity and normal player contact with the goal. "Normal basketball activity" and "Normal player contact" shall be described as any action that is necessary for participation in the game of basketball. Deliberate hanging on the rim, multiple player hanging, and vandalism are not covered under the Limited Warranty.
Any normal wear and tear caused by weathering or UV exposure is not covered under any First Team warranty. All painted items carry a one year limited warranty on coating.
The First Team OmniJam Eclipse Portable Basketball Hoop is considered an institutional basketball system, and is warranted for both residential and non-residential use.
