The website said 3-5 weeks delivery. After 6 weeks, I had to call company and find out where it was. It shipped the following week. The product was assembled poorly. The top panel with the mounting hooks was not pressed into the channel on one end. So one side was higher than the other causing the light to hang uneven. The only good aspect of this entire ordeal is that the company agreed to reimburse me 100% once they get the fixture back. Since I haven't sent it yet, I am taking them at their word for that.
