Made-to-order (MTO) items have a special return policy as these are considered “custom” products that are produced on demand. You may receive a full refund ONLY if the order has not shipped or is in production. All of these products are produced / assembled at the time your order is placed.

MTO items cannot be returned due to “Buyer’s Remorse”. The only returns that will be accepted will be for manufacturer defects ONLY.

Since MTO products are produced on demand, we are unable to cancel an order that has already gone into production. Once a MTO item has gone into production or shipped, it is completely non-refundable and can only be returned due to a manufacturer defect where it will be replaced.

Warranty

Warranty Information - Wave 7 pool balls carry a 30 day warranty for manufactur defects. Items that are damaged or contain manufacturer defects may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange of the same product. There will be no cost for the shipping of the returned item or replacement item to the customer. Please note damaged / defective merchandise must be in its original box and contain all of the original packing slips and inserts.
