Description
Paragon Country Harvest coconut popcorn popping oil comes in a 1 gallon container and makes golden popcorn. It is a refined, bleached and deodorized coconut oil that is non-hydrogenated.
The oil is non-GMO and trans-fat free, with a smoke point of 400 F. It is highly stable against oxidation, which supports a long shelf life, and it does not need refrigeration. It is solid below room temperature and liquid above it, with a melt point of 75 to 81 F, and its low viscosity gives a less greasy mouthfeel.
Concession stands, school fundraisers and home theaters use it for popping, and it can also be used for baking, cooking and frying.
